There are two emails for Thank you for application under Alerts Composer, what is the difference between them?

Hi, 

When updating the Thank you for your application emails under alert composer, I noticed there are two emails available with the same content but one with a blue background and one without. 

Can someone advise what the difference is between these two emails in alert composer? Codes below
