What naming conventions do you have in place for both courses and offerings?

Dear All

It would be useful if you could share any naming conventions you have in place at both course and offering level please. Especially if your organisation has large volumes of courses active at any one time. 

We've only been using Oracle for 12 months and the course catalogue is already becoming unwieldy, both for admin and learners.
