IE - Few Employees are unable to launch the trainings and some are able to start the Mandatory training and get stuck on certain slides.Once they click ‘Save and Close’ button. The progress of the course is lost and the system takes them back to slide 1 when they try to resume the Training. If the employee is not stuck on any course – The progress is not saved by clicking ‘Save and Close’ button.

Google Chrome - Employees are able to initiate the trainings and reach till last slide of the training module. They also get a passing score and certificate on the last screen. Once they click ‘Save and Close’ the progress is again lost with no details saved for the score/time spent/status etc.. And Admin team are unable to validate on Training completion for respective Employees
