Welcome / New joinee auto email from Oracle

Hi All,

 

Need to know where i can create welcome / new joinee auto email (welcome note from Organization, password reset link, list of DOs in system).

This email should auto trigger when we convert pending worker to New hire / employee.

I was told by the consultant that we can paste the content of welcome email template to Oracle's 'Reset Passowrd' template which is not a right method. Even if we configure under ' Reset password template, employee have to click on forgot password then employee will receive the welcome email which is again wrong that employee is resetting the password and what he gets to see is welcome email.
