Hello All,

We have 1 field called as Bargaining Unit in Core HR module that is being used to capture account masters. We have assigned Areas of Responsibilities to business folks in such a way that they will be able to search employee details based on criterion mentioned in AOR. 1 such criterion is Bargaining Unit where we capture account details. I am under impression that we have limitation of ~500 entries to include in that field. Can any one help if my understanding is correct and if there is any way to capture more entries in Bargaining Unit field.
