Termination Actions against MSS and HR

Hi All,

We have a requirement to restrict Termination actions against MSS users and HR users. I checked in the Actions, Termination is using 'Terminate Work Relationship' Action Type to populate the values against Termination Actions. But both places it is reflecting the same values.

If any come across this kind of issues , pleas help me to resolve this issue.
