Seniority Date Configured rules are not displayed automatically

Dear All,
We are trying to create Seniority date setup in our environment and stuck with Rules not displayed automatically.
-> Setup and Maintenance
-> Search for task - 'Manage Common Lookups'
-> Search Lookup Type - 'ORA_PER_SENIORITY_ITEMS'
-> Under section 'ORA_PER_SENIORITY_ITEMS: Lookup Codes', Define custom Code for Seniority Date.
FF is also updated
Rules setup should auto populate while running Schedule process - Calculate Seniority dates.
Please suggest any view, why the parameters are reading by the process. Is there a way that we have to add parameters to Calculate Seniority dates Schedule process and then it populates. If so please help with any steps.
