We were creating a element for legislature (Island) which is not supported by Oracle. We were not able to view following questions while creating the element. We are able to see it for other legislation and even for this  legislation in lower environment.

Process The element Only Once in each payroll period

Under Special Rules

Is this element subject to pro ration

Is this element subject to retroactive changes

Do you know what may causing this issue. This is very urgent.
