How to restrict EL personalizations to be page specific or for only 1 function say "Manage Document Records" and not in other pages.

Currently, i have enabled Personalization in "Manage Document Records" page by hiding the Edit and Delete Buttons.

But this is hiding the Edit and Delete buttons even in all the other pages which i dont want.
