Content

I have created a Competency profile type content section via "Manage Profile Type"s and added as Learning Outcomes Subscriber > Added Competencies in "Manage Profile Item Catalog" like teamwork/communication skills > Created a learning course > the user guide says in the course select the learning outcomes tab but i cannot see it, any ideas ?
