Full FIT is getting costed while only partial FIT is being paid due to not enough income

We have couple of employees, who doesn't have enough Earnings, due to which only Partial FIT is being deducted from them.

Though Partial FIT is taken, GL data shows that Full FIT amount is being costed.

How to get this corrected, any inputs.
