Department - Adding new and changing name of existing dept

Hi All,

I am a) creating a new department and also, b) changing the name of an existing department.

I have listed the steps. Kindly verify and advise if the sequence and steps are correct or if anything else also needed to be performed.


1. Manage Department - Create new department
2. Manage Department Trees - Add the new department and make the tree version active
3. Manage Department - Change department name
4. Run the process 'Update Person Search Keywords' with 'All People' option
