Afternoon all 

We work on behalf of 4 customers providing transactional back office support across HR, Finance, Payroll, L&D, Inventory etc 

As part of our internal and external governance process, we need to have 'audit' mechanisms in place to ensure the data we receive (usually via a form or service request) is correctly inputted into the system

For example:

1. A request to change an employees HR record is submitted by the customer (e.g. change of hours)

2. User 1 receives the request and updates the HR record with these details
