Hello All,

Our client is facing an issue while uploading Video or Image (as Cover Art) from organization internet connection. While using mobile hotspot they are able to perform both the tasks.

They are not receiving any error but system is not showing any progress of video / image content upload using org internet.

Can anyone please suggest what should be done in this case.
