Hiding the "Add" button on the Contact Info page via Transaction Design Studio or Page Composer

We need to hide the Add button in the Address Section of the Contact Info page but are unable to find a way to do so

We need to hide the "Add" button on the Me tab > Personal Info > Contact Information page > Address section. We are unable to do it via personalizations because when we choose the button, or even the toolbar in which it is housed under Page Composer, the edit button is disabled.

We tried to hide the button through HCM Page Configurator / Transaction Design Studio and the option to hide the button there wasn't available.
