Issue on Manage Direct Reports in Myteam Page

Hi All,

We are currently in progress of testing 19C QMP in our lower environment, while testing the core functionality I observed weird functionality, please find below details.

Navigation: MyTeam -> Personal and Employment 0> Manage Direct Reports, using this navigation I was able to assign the direct reports to my direct report employees but when I click on select and add I was able to search all the employees irrespective of grade/department.

In the above case I could even assign My comp[any's CEO as the direct report to the lowest grade employee. can you please let me know if this a known issue and please help with any Doc ID.
