Hello ,

For on boarding tasks for new employees. we would like to create few tasks that will be sent automatically to the new employee.
One task (a video ) before hire date , other two tasks after hire date (updating personal details and answer questioner).

it’s not clear if we should use the 'Enterprise Onboarding Checklists' and if we need to define the 'master checklist using Enterprise Onboarding category '
or just create 'Create an Enterprise Onboarding Step Checklist' ? to have the functionality of :

1) tasks will be sent automatically to new hires - 1 or 2 days BEFORE hire
