Hello,

For on boarding tasks for new employees. we would like to create few tasks that will be sent automatically to the new employee and HR.
I would like to know please how to create a Questionnaire to collect feedback from workers.
I tried to select in the tasks from 'Manage Checklist templates ' -> tasks - the action type - 'Questionnaire ' but we also have a field
'Questionnaire Template' and i couldn't find any information about that.
