How to create the calendar notes and notifications in the learning module

I have small clarification in the learning module, is there any possibility to do the below mention things through the oracle learning? 

  • After the creating the learning programs need to send the calendar note to the particular learners to inform and block their calendar with the e-flyer 
  • Is there any possibility to send the reminders as a notification to the relevant learners.
