We recently went live with a number of courses that contain only videos for our Food Store colleagues. We have seen around 1500+ completion records for these courses, however we soon then realised that there was an infrastructure issue where the Akamai server was blacklisted for our Food Stores - meaning that these colleagues are not actually able to view the videos. I visited a store to see how the videos display on within Learn on one of the store devices, and the video doesn't load, it just flashes.
