Is there any option to attach PDF in email notifications

Hello,

We have a requirement to send email notification to new joiners along with user guides attached that will be static PDFs. I am able to manage email through Narrative View in OTBI but struggling with PDF attachment. Is there any possibility to attach static PDFs through OTBI or BI Publisher?
