Create infolet for Oracle Learning

Hi, can you please advise how can an infolet be created for Oracle Learning module , need to show alerts related to trainings.

A customer is interested of personalizing the alerts and messages related to training by creating infolet  that can show :

- as a manager , the status of team' s progress , show alerts

- as employee, pending , show alerts
