Can I setup approvals based on Request Creator?

How Can I setup approval cycle based on the request creator? 

 

Example for the condition will be:

 

If Request Name is ......

and

IF Person Number is 0000

 

Then the Approval cycle

 

So, If this person number submit this request, it goes to different approval cycle from any other employee
