Where can we keep pre-test & post test result which has been done outside of Learning? Can we upload using HDL?

Hello,

Our client has some course with pre-test and post-test which has been done manually on paper. Any suggestion where can we keep those result per-employee on learning module? Is it possible to upload by HDL?
