Hi

In our Core project we maintain few types of Profiles and Data on our Candidates  :

  • Language
  • Degree
  • Honors
  • Licenses
  • Etc..

 

 

I see that in the ORC you can search Only by Degree

Why cant we search by

 

  • Honors
  • Licenses

 

In order to find internal candidates the fits to a requisition?

How can we find best candidates that fits to  a requisition?
