hi All - I want to know how can I restrict the display of static message for a particular transaction only. 

For example, I want to add a message "Please upload your resignation letter" in Comments and Attachment section of Submit Resignation Page in ESS. I don't want this message to be displayed in Comments and Attachment section of all other transactions. 

Any inputs on how to do this.
