Approval for completion of a Course

We would like to have an approval flow to HR or Manager when a Learning marks a course as completed

Hi,

Within Learning it is possible to let a Learner mark a course as completed, or have the Learning Admin do it. We would like to have a Learner Mark himself as completed, and then have an approval flow (to either Line Manager or HR). Is this possible?

If not, how do other customers work around this issue? We do not want to have all workload to the Learning Admin, but also need a check before the course is marked as completed.
