How to hide manage element entries screen for specific role - Classic UI

Hi team,

How can I hide the manage element entries screen for specific roles?

(N) My Client Groups ->Person Management -> orange arrow -> Payroll -> Manage Element Entries (attached the screen)

I have the tried via structure tool and did not work and I have the Expression Language  for it.
