How can changes be made to the Apply page for internals after current jobs/ search for positions

The internal apply page has sections that appear to be un editable, how can these be edited to remove or add text or re name- examples:

Supporting Documents- and the message at top of page that skills and qualifications will be added to your profile ( Talent isn't widely used or known about)
