Summary

One user has no documents when in manage document records

We have one user that has no documents when in My Client Groups -> Manage Document Records.  2 other users have the exact same security and they do not have the same issue.  The user is using Google Chrome.  We cleared the history and still nothing.

We are still using the Classic UI right now. 

Is there a setting that may have caused this?
