Prerequisite is automatically achieved

Summary

A newly created prerequisite, and added to the course, is automatically seen as achieved.

Content

When the Prerequisite is created it is then configured to a course.

Upon checking the learner's view of the course page it is shown that it is already achieved even if it is still not.

It is then checked at the talent profile, but is not found. Then upon returning to the course page, it is now not achieved.
