When internal applicants make a job application they are presented with a link to update their skills and qualifications.  For us, this page doesn't show anything other than allow the employee to add attachments.  We need employees to be able to edit their career history, education, etc.

We are on Enhanced Profiles v2 and Responsive Pages.

We have updated the Person Profile Type with the required content items (it is working for external applicants) and set up content subscribers.

We have made sure that our custom employee abstract privilege has both View Person Skills and Qualifications and Edit Person Skills and Qualifications.
