Is it possible to send an FYI notification to an email box instead of using named users in HCM? For example, let's say when a manager self service termination is approved, I would like to send FYI notifications to IT, facilities and finance, using group email boxes like facilities@mycompany.com and finance@mycompany.com

So these email addresses would not be associated to a person in HCM.   Is this possible or FYIs can only go to named users in HCM?
