Restricted recruiting administrator role

Hi

I'm working in the security console on a custom recruiting administrator role. I would like to give to this role the access to the Manage Recruiting Agencies task in the Setup and Maintenance area without giving it the access to all the recruiting tasks, but I don't find the way to do this, because it seems that the only way to give the access to the Manage Recruiting Agencies task is to provide the Manage Recruiting Administration role, that allows the access also to all the other recruiting tasks.

Do you know if there is a way to obtain this limited access?
