Hi, 

I am seeking for advice what action I can take to resolve our current issue. 

I have requested to upgrade 19D to staging, unfortunately Oracle support has upgraded our production zone instead by accident. Now in our production zone, no users (not even system admin.) can trigger onboarding from recruiting (we are not utilizing Fluid yet), and impacting thousands of hiring manager and recruiters. Zone has been refreshed and issue still exist.
