OIC On Premise Installation

Hi 

Did anybody used OIC OnPremise version, i came across the details from this link : https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/integration-cloud-service/icsug/use-premises-integration-cloud-service.html

Want to explore how this works, if it is installed, do we have OnPremise ICS and Cloud ICS both get connected etc. Can we build both type of integrations SaaS to ANY and OnPremise to OnPremise.

Can anyone throw some info on this.
