Line Manager to access previous worker too through reports.

Hi Experts:

We have this requirement where Line Manger should be allowed to access previous worker as well through the reports, analytics on the LM dashboard.

Business Case: Mr A was under Mr M 3 years ago, his record also should get pulled up in reports, without bypassing the security setup we have at the UI level.

Please help suggesting the possibilities.
