Sporadic issues completing courses since 19D

Save and close button at end of eLearning package not completing the course for some users

Hello

We have run into an issue where some of our eLearning courses are not marking as complete when the employee gets to the end of the module and clicks save and close. It doesn't seem to happen to all users but it has been raised a fair few times. The employees seem to be left at 'In Progress' and are unable to reach the completed status.

I do not believe it is related to the build of the SCORM as there are many employees who seemed to have completed it fine. But I have attached the SCORM file for one of the courses in case it helps.
