Asset Leasing - can it handle variable rent based on sales?

We have a client that has leases where the rent payment schedule changes based on a percentage of facility sales above a certain threshhold amount.  In other words, let's say the rent payment is a flat $10,000 per month, plus 5% of any sales exceeding $100,000 per month.  If sales in a given month are $200,000, the rent payment would be $15,000.  I believe this was something that the EBS Property Manager module could do, but I do not believe the cloud asset leasing functionality can handle this.  Does anyone have experience with this use case in cloud?
