Issue with Populating Email and Mobile Phone using ICS

Hi There,

I am creating  a contact in RightNow using the ICS Create option.

I provided the mappings correctly but email and Mobile is not getting populated on contact. Contact created with First Name and Last Name.

I Mapped, Emailaddress to EMails -- > EMail List- > Address

Emailaddress Type (value 0 ) to EMails -- > EMail List- > AddresType - > Name

Any help on this is much appreciated.
