We have an employee that was promoted from hourly to salary but the employee needs to be paid something on the hourly payroll.  The payroll manager wants us to remove the promotion which we did.  However, we cannot remove the Salaried payroll relationship.  The employee was previously on the salaried payroll until 9/16 and then moved to hourly payroll.  Now they were promoted and are back on the salaried payroll.  

How can we remove that payroll relationship entered on 12/1?
