19d - Quick Action for Create Work Relationship Flow

Hello everyone,

In the Quick Action for Create Work Relationship Flow - the action field has different values comparing with the action field on the "create workrelationsip" in the classic UI page.

The additional values are:

•Terminate Shell Record;

•Update Shell Record;

•Create Shell Record;

 Can someone clarify the rationale for this new values?
