Error while configuring Service Catalog for FA Service using interface Catalog

while configuring the FA services using, getting error https://xxxxxx.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com/helpPortalApi/otherResources/latest/interfaceCatalogs. Connection initialization is successful.

When tried to create a FA > FSCM/CRM, its giving below error 

Failed to fetch contents from null, Error:404(Not Found). Attached image.
