Hiring Manager/Recruiter notified when candidate completes Request Information application?

We have configured a request information process where the candidate receives and email and then completes the request information flow, however, we are not able to see as either the hiring manager or the recruiter when that has been completed. Is there additional configurations for the hiring manger/recruiter to know when the request information flow is completed by the candidate?
