Hi All, 

Is it possible to make an internal pre-boarding checklist task for a Candidate who has not been offered or move to HR ?
If it is possible, what action/event that can be the trigger?

For example;
I would like the candidate to do Medical Check Up, before the job offering, and the team who is responsible to arrange the MCU is the other HR team (not recruiter). Therefore I had to make a checklist to remind this HR Team to arrange it.
