Is it possible to report on Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS) transactions? What defines a ESS/MSS transaction?

 

Example 1: If as a general HCM end user I log in and change my address,

Example 2: I just received a new drivers license or passport and I wish to upload this to the system.

Example 3: I want to either add a new emergency contact or update an existing contact.

Are examples 1, 2, &3 all ESS/MSS tasks? How would I report this in OTBI or BIP? What are all of the data points that a user could edit via ESS or MSS?
