Hi all:

Using an Agent, is it possible to alter the "From" email address and add "CC" and "BCC" email addresses?  The current from email shows: "Oracle Business Intelligence Reporting-eftx-test <eftx-test.bi.sender@workflow.mail.us6.oraclecloud.com>".  I want to change it to something like "special.user@company.com".  I'd also like to add CC's and a BCC.
