PRE-HIRE CHECKLIST FOR CANDIDATE MOVING TO CORE HR FROM ORC

Hi 
There is a requirement ,where ,when a candidate who has applied and got selected from Recruit , is moved as a pending worker to CORE HR using MOVE TO HR functionality ,should get a welcome email(giving him PENDING WORKER ACCESS TO the system) and a pre-hire checklist ,but currently he does not get any welcome emails nor does he get the pre-hire checklist.
I understand while moving the candidate to HR , his email id is not retained as WORK EMAIL id, so we have to go in the system and modify the pending worker record to contain his personal email id as his WORK EMAIL ID till he actually gets hired. I have done that also, and accordingly i have configured the checklist to get triggered after the 'day of initiation =1',in order to keep the buffer for HR to go into the system and tag a work email id for that pending worker. No welcome emails ,or pre hire checklist are
