I need to disable close to 150 Action/Action Reason. Is there any better way to disable those details automatically?

Happy New Year 2020!!

I need to disable close to 150 Action/Action Reasons with having end date as 1/1/1951. Is there any better way to disable those 150 records automatically with having end date as 1/1/1951? I know manual is the option but it is time taking.

Would appreciate if anyone can help me or guide me to complete the task.
