Report : Learner Pictures are not displaying when i send email via Agents

Content

Learner Pictures are not displaying when i send email via Agents, where as it does displays when i run the report in HCM but it is Showing symbol X when we send email via Agents. 

I know there is a way to do this for BI publisher report in report properties. Is there any settings we have to do in order to display them in email for OTBI agents?

Any input is highly appreciated.
